Tulsa welding school is considered one of the top welding schools in the United States. I think that this is an excellent welding school for those that are very serious about a welding career, are mature and are willing to work hard. This welding school offers eight different programs. The combination welding program is probably best suited for those that are seeking a welding career. All of their welding programs offer welding certification tests which is excellent and will help you get your foot in the door of a good welding company/job.
Oklahoma Technical College offers a 9 month welding program where you can attain a diploma or a degree in welding. You will learn all of the common welding processes including FCAW (Flux Cored), GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick), and GTAW (TIG) welding. Plate and pipe welding are covered along with the welding of alloy metals like aluminum. In addition to hands on welding training you will have in classroom learning about blueprint reading, electrical theory and welding safety.
This Oklahoma welding school offers a great combination welding program. They cover all of the basic welding processes including SMAW, MIG, TIG and FCAW. You will also learn how to weld plate as well as pipe and aluminum plate with TIG. In addition to hands on welding training you have classes about welding theory and metal characteristics/properties.
